Pilates is renowned for improving core strength which includes strengthening the back muscles and toning the stomach and waist.
The effect is to improve posture which helps reduce back and neck pain.
The classes are run by an Advanced Stott Pilates Matwork Instructor, who provides small friendly classes at different levels so you can receive personal attention in the class that is appropriate for you.

If you wish you can bring your own mat or I will supply mats as well as small equipment. And regularly have classes where I bring in extra equipment.
